Hi does anyone know how many (if any) the sainsbury's be good to yourself cottage cheese with onion and chive has? Checked some other friends but they were all quite old.

Does any 1 now how much cottage cheese with pineapple as some people say its free and some say it has syns its driving me mad x

It usually has syns but depends on the brand. Which one?
