Depending on how much you really want to lose some weight - draw a line under it and don't do it again!

Stay calm and carry on! Honestly, don't let it ruin your day or week, just forget it and use that as today's syns if you can, that one slip on it's own would be highly unlikely to result in a gain if the other 6 2/3 of the weeks plan was followed, I'll bet it was nice too!
 
It's ok, I've had one of those days too. Tomorrow is another day. You should just get back on the wagon & you'll be fine...i will be on there too!!
 
No, you can use yesterday or that meal as flexible syns. Did your consultant tell you about that? You have a certain amount of syns for a night out say for dinner & drinks, eat during the day like a normal sw day. When you go out, set yourself say 50syns for the night & count down til you've none...then its time to go home.
So count yesterdays breakfast as a time for using flexible syns. Hope that helps you x

No sorry that's something very different. When flexi synning you don't cut back on syns for the rest of the week to make up for going over. What you are talking about is using your syns on a weekly basis and yes several people, myself included, have suggested that as the way for the OP to move on :)
