Are Asda Vegetarian Chicken Pieces Syn Free?

Hi

Does anyone know if asda vegetarian chicken pieces (frozen) are syn free? My Mums been doing some cooking for me with this in and I thought it was Quorn so haven't syned in for agesss!

Yay, my trip to asda todaywasvery successful, got these syn free goodies to try!!
Can anyone recommend any more syn free things to try, maybe some tinned goods, specially for red days

Check out the ready meal sticky at the top of the page. A post on vegetarian food is possibly not the best place to get an answer about red foods lol

Ooh I checked these earlier and it came up as 3.5 syns a 350g bag. I think it was an old post - did u put this thru the syn calc? Asking cos I don't have access - ta

I had a quick check as its now the chosen by you branding and other things in the range was gone up in syns. It now looks like it is 2 syns for the 300g bag

So not free but still really low in syns

Thnx - I can cope with 2 syns a bag. Ii used half a bag today and there was loads. They make a nice change from quorn.
