How to work out syns?

Hi all! I'm still finding my way about this site n trying to get to grips wi the sw plan. Just wondered how u work u syns out n where do u find this syn calculator I've read about on some people's posts?

You have to be a member to use the syn calculator on the SW website. You can work out the syns in things with NO FREE FOOD using 1 syn for every 20 Cals (chocolate, crisps, biscuits, sauce jars are some examples of these) but if it contains something free such as meat, pasta, rice etc it has to be worked out using the online calculator.

thanks for the reply chipmunk! im not a member so wont b able to use the calculator but the 1syn per 20 calories will come in useful cheers x
