Yes if it's super free fresh it counts as super free frozen.

I find the peppers are very economical, OH doesn't like peppers so it's handy just to use a few at a time for me, never tried frozen mushrooms though.

I've never tried them before, but I thought I'd give them ago. It's handy to have stuff like this in the freezer, I also buy diced onion as well - that's a bit lazy I know, but sometimes if I'm short of time it helps to have the onion already done.

I love frozen veg as I feel I waste less. I very rarely use a whole bag of carrots or parsnips.

Most of my veg is frozen, the only exception is parsnips, most have oil on so they cook nicely on the oven. Also ratatouille frozen has oil on too, just make sure you check the package, if it says oil on it I don't buy it. Made the mistake of buying meditaranian mixed veg, tomatoes courgettes etc. and I chewed through it! It was so good, had bought a few bags and I didn't even think about how oily it appeared. My partner pointed it out, I was mortified xx
    One step at a time..
