    free snacks

    Hi Everyone

    I was wondering if you can help I haven't had a great few weeks just lately so I filled out a food diary and my consultant had a look at it. He said i need to up my food intake as i dont eat alot but i am not sure what free snacks to eat other than fruit and i have around 4 pieces a day and couldnt eat much more lol.

    Has anyone got any good suggestions on snacks i can take to work I have a desk job so i could sit and nibble and im following the EE plan.

    For half a syn the hartley's 10cal jelly is great..and of course the fat free yogurts too. Veg sticks eith homous too. Hope this helps

    Cherry tomatoes
    Cucumber
    Cubes of cheese (measured)
    Almonds (hexb amount)
    Pineapple
    Grapes
    Banana
    Mugshot

    Yoghurt
    Cereal (hexb) - muesli & greek yoghurt gorgeous and filling syn free


    Drink
    Green tea
    Sparkling water

    Low syn
    Popcorn
    Danio
