    Start Weight: 11st13.5lb
    Current Weight: 11st8.2lb
    Goal Weight: 9st0lb
    Goal Date: 10st by Nov 2014, the rest after!


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 28.7
    Current BMI: 27.8
    Goal BMI: 21.6


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 0st5.3lb
    Weight to Lose: 2st8.2lb
    % Lost 3.16%

    Over my syns - feeling terrible

    Hi guys,

    I went over my syns by 2 yesterday and by 12 today and feel awful, how can I make this up or is it a case of just leave it and move on?

    Week 1 10/07/2014 - 11st 10.5lbs -3lb loss
    Week 2 16/07/2014 (early weigh in) - 11st 8.0lbs - 2lb loss
    Goal 01/11/14 - 10st

    It will be fine you have a weekly allowance of between 70 & 105 to use how u like u may have 5 one day 15 the next its fine. Plus u have flexi syns.

    Thank you - Im still a bit confused by this flexi syns/weekly syns thing. It's not the easiest to understand! Will look into it more. Thanks again
