    Hi just want to know if there are syns in Schwartz korma curry powder?

    Sorry if it been asked before just can't seem to find it.

    Check the list of ingredients. The one I found on the Tesco website (yours might be the same one) had sugar as its main ingredient, so it would not be free.

    Someone may have a syn value for it, otherwise I would syn it as if it were sugar.

    Thanks, i looked on line at nutritional info think it 1syn for the 5g i used so not to bad! Great compared to takeaway :-)
