Unhappy heinz baked beans and Cheese

So - very new. My first week

I had heinz baked beans and Cheese thinking that it was free and my B option. A little smug I might add.

But my friend at work is now telling me that I have eaten about 100syns

A bit worried because I have been doing so well and enjoying the SW and I think I have totally messed it up now.

Please can someone advise me how I can check it??

The tin is in the bin now

    Thanks

Ignore your friend. You haven't messed up at all. Baked beans are a free food on extra easy and green days. The cheese would have been your A choice. Enjoy

Your friend might be partially right, though I'm not able to check right now. I suspect you're talking about the Heinz Beans that are Cheddar Cheese flavour, which could have at least some syns, and wouldn't necessarily be free like the regular flavour. I can't get into the SW site right now to check though, sorry!

    Edit

After searching this site I found a post from 2 years ago saying they were 3 syns per portion/tin (I'm not quite sure what that means!). Also, the syns could have changed since then.

Ahh, my misunderstanding. I didn't realise that the product was made with cheese. If those syns are correct it's not too bad but I'd definitely make your own. It's probably far nicer
