Started SW again on 2/1/15 weighing 23st 3.5lb
Week 1: lost 10lb
Aiming for 4lb this week to get my 1stone award.
I have been following plan 100% and I am actually really proud of myself because I have not cheated at all.
I have been out to eat twice this week:-
Friday- aunties 60th had a steak and jacket (no butter) and mushrooms.
Saturday- sisters bday - seabass with green beans and rice
I think I have been really good and made the right choices- the food won't be completely syn free but it was better than burritos and chips etc
Anyway I have planned the next weeks meals and I am looking forward to my dinners this week
So looking forward to feeling better in myself!
Dr's apt tomorrow to talk about my 24hr blood pressure monitoring and whether i should go to counselling (advised by hospital because i said i did not want to take anti-depressants)
Will update tomorrow on how that goes.
