Day 25

The quorn chilli I made last night was so yummy! I am such a meat person and I would absolutely have this again and its so much more healthy and a massive plus it was syn free.

Trying an RED day today

Breakfast: 2 x Weetabix (heb), milk (hea), squash

Snack: Latte (1) I had lots of milk so towards another healthy extra a (hea), fat free strawberry mullerlight yoghurt

Lunch:

Extra Easy Day

Tues 18.03.14

Breakfast: Banana, coffee (1), tea (1), 2 x Weetabix (heb), milk (hea), 2 tbsp. raisins (2)

Lunch: Aisley harriot veg cous cous (1.5), fresh tomato and onion, reduced fat hummus 1 tbsp (1.5), fat free muller yoghurt

I really enjoyed my lunch, adding some hummus, tomato and onion to the cous cous made it taste amazing! It's great for a quick lunch.

Dinner: Jacket potato with beans and cheese, fruit salad

Total Syns: 7

I have a poorly boy today, so nursing him and I have got through a load of ironing. I find cleaning/ironing stops me from snacking and being naughty, anyone else like this?
