I'm going to start 5:2 tomorrow fast days will be Tuesday and Thursday (unless something comes up) I will also be low carbing on the "feast days" Monday, Wednesday and Friday and eating normally at the weekend.
My stats work out at just under the 500 cals on fast days and just under the 2000 for normal eating.
Tomorrow's plan is to not eat until lunch time, I have a 250 cal fresh soup which is superfood green veg then if starving will have something little for dinner, yogurt and fruit maybe but if not hungry won't bother, have a 17 pounds to loose. Wish me luck
