After a long leave of absence from the forums, I've decided to come back. I used to post frequently on here about 5/6 years ago, back when I did Lipotrim, and the community really helped me to stay accountable and I lost a hell of a lot of weight. 5 years later, I've tried a bunch of diets with varying success, fallen off the wagon too many times to count, stress-eaten way more than anyone ever should, and in July during a routine check-up my doctor referred me to the nurse for nutrition advice and monthly weigh-ins when my weight hit the highest it's ever been. The first month was great, the second I hit a rut and weight loss went slow, and at my last weigh-in a week ago I'd gained a bit of weight and I got a well-deserved bollocking from the nurse. Not at all good.
So now I'm going to track my progress regularly online, and hold myself accountable. This is Day 3 of macro counting, and I'm back on Couch to 5K, having just finished Week 7 Run 1. I've bought scales which measure weight, body fat and BMI, and I'll use those to track progress and remind myself to not be disheartened when fluctuations happen. I've got this this time. God knows how many times I've said that, and how many times I've sworn I wouldn't go over a certain weight/BMI, but I'm going to do and stick to it this time.
Highest weight: 110kg (July 2019)
Current weight: 106.7kg
Body fat: 48.9%
BMI: 38.7
Goal weight: 65kg
