After seeing these fab results i'm wondering if this is the way to go, been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid so really struggling to lose any. I've tried sw n i'm guessing i was getting too many calories on that as it didn't seem to work (thyroid prob messes up your metabolism even once meds are sorted n therefore u need less calories to lose than the average person). I've a wedding end of May and am wondering what kind of results i could expect on this , also it says bout a lot of water i tend to get the flavoured stuff is this allowed or does it have to be just plain old tap water ???? - many thanks for any help that can be given :help2:
