Thats different. Ive seen actual plates made up for slimming world.

My tea i made cottage pie with sweet potato mash for a change. My picture is on my which is flat atm x

Day 2 -
B - Porridge.
L - WW chicken noodle soup
T - Having salmon fillet with im thinking boiled potatoes and green beans :)

Chezzie - also try cauli rice, it has a light nutty flavour, very nom nom. Cut a head of cauli into chunks, throw in a blender, fill with water, blitz for about 30 sec-1 min (?), then drain. Then you can dry fry or microwave to cook them.

In my Atkins days I would make a pizza base with grated cauli, egg and mozzarella cheese - it was Lush - but those of you on calorie counting, don't try this at home! :eek:
 
Oh i love sweet potato. Ive not tried cauli mash but i do have cauli rice alot. Grate and fry with some black pepper... Hmm!!

I enjoyed a lovely salmon stir fry for my tea. We were out late and went to McDonald's and I got a salad!!!

Eventually when we got home I had my proper tea. So proud I didn't cave for something naughty

Thanks for the cauli rice reminder, I keep meaning to try that but never had a blender (and forgot I had a potato ricer!) so will give it a go v soon :D

Well done love! Those meals look gorgeous, especially your tea! I'm very impressed you didn't cave at McD too! :)
