Snacks o had milk for breakfast and coffees. Plus some walkers pops crisps

I've got weigh in at SW class tomorrow. Would only of been a 4 day week on plan so we shall see the results. X

(My dining room atm. We're redecorating 3 bedrooms. Utility and a kitchen at once. Big mistake!! Lol)

Food looks great - and let's hope the decorating gets sorted quickly so you can get your dining room back! :) But I'm sure the end result will be well worth it.

I had those shakes when I followed the clean 9 - what did you think? So low in calories if you mix with unsweetened almond milk!

Dreading doing it again, such a tough first few days :-(

how did you do on that?? Ive done it previously & loss was amazing but i did it right before xmas :(

I lost 8lbs - went from 9st 6 to 8st 13. But exercised every day, and I'd been on major bender the weekend before I started it so defo some water weight there. But I cheated on the weekend when I was on it and had like 6000 calories. So bad. That's why I've given up sugar this month to see if I can break the evil cycle.

I liked the vanilla one too, especially when lovely and chilled. I've ordered it again but will prob do in feb after my asia business trip. Don't need it at moment as so in the zone already :)
 
I've also got another one stored away. Maybe we could do it together to stay on track!! Lol
I'm ok atm too :)

Rushed out the door to go to my cousins so had a pear and some apple.

Lunch. Madras chicken with pepper onion and mushroom in a pitta bread and a tbsp Mayo

Tea. Chicken stir fry. But she had the fine egg noodles which just went like normal noodles :( still nice though

Well it's gone well! Gutted the syns changed in the ready to eat chicken breast. 4.5syns!!
