Well another day on plan. Late update with my phone going flat & lots decorating
Breakfast
Lunch. Just salmon fillet. Busy afternoon , wasn't too hungry and it needed eating!
Tea. Oh my it was SO good!! Chinese pork lions
Snacks o had milk for breakfast and coffees. Plus some walkers pops crisps
I've got weigh in at SW class tomorrow. Would only of been a 4 day week on plan so we shall see the results. X
(My dining room atm. We're redecorating 3 bedrooms. Utility and a kitchen at once. Big mistake!! Lol)
