9 week plank, squat, crunches challenge

Hi hun just found found ur thread now.

I did 42sec plank n 40 crunches n squats. Did add in 50 star jumps too lol.

Will do as per ur thread Tomo n try meet personal best :)

Day 2/65


55 squats
3x10 regular crunch, 3x10 twist crunch
1plank 41.7 seconds. Exactly 10 secs longer than yesterday!

Off to gym now, before work.

Plank 37 seconds - 2 more than yesterday.

Squats 55

3 x 10 normal, 3 x 10 crunch twist-Same as yesterday. ;)

My tummy muscles were aching so much getting out of the car today. Is that a good sign ?
 
I'm sorry team but I'm sneaking in a rest day today, and will make it up on day 4 (or was it 5) when you all get a break from squats.

Feeling really quite poorly so off to bed for a very early night. I'm hoping to get back on track tomorrow, and will get caught up. On the plus side, I have still managed TS 100% so that's something.

Well done TH and Susie! I would say you should be feeling achey muscles at this stage Susie. Should pass in a couple of days :)

Only just done mine - was working at home today. Didn't finish until late.

Day 2/65 done
Plank - 38 seconds
Squats - didn't do due to time factor. will do additional squats on the day off.
Crunches - 60 regular

60 squats (they're getting easier, don't know if I'll be saying that after 180 tho!)
1 plank 53 seconds (getting better!)
3x10 regular crunch
3x10 vertical leg crunch
