How do you make F&H Pancakes? X

I do most of my shopping in Aldi, the odd time tesco when I need washing powder and stuff like that!

Lots of people on Minis seem to use Aldi! X
 
Oats again I'm afraid, 60g of oats, 2 eggs, Good dash of milk, vanilla essence and tsp of baking powder mix every thing and makes four there not the real thing but they are nice!
I like aldi but the fruit isn't great I find their nappies the best though so it's handy to go there because I can never seem to have enough of them!

Hubby is gone hiking up mountains in aid of charity of the next two days, very proud of him, but I would say that it's the piss up in the night times he is doing it for but himself and his friend have raised €1000 so it's all good!

He was doing it for EB its a painful skin disease, he's home today I cant wait! The meal out was a diaster have just had the worst weekend food and drinks wise, dragging myself back on to the wagon today!

He was home around 12 its great having him home safe and sound! He's even making the dinner tonight, spag bol with brown pasta for me!

Lunch
Juice 700ml - 7 propoints
Omlette, 2 eggs and spinach, onion, tomato - 4 propoints

Dinner
Chicken, salad with extra light mayo - 5 propoints
Juice - 5 propoints

Snacks
Low fat milk - 1 propoint

Juice is to try sort out my body after a crazy hen party weekend for my sister in law to be! Too much booze and white food!


26 propoints used today, might point again tomorrow then back to f&h Wednesday I think!

Back again after way too long I have kinda been sticking to plan well one good week then a bad week and so on! I am now officially 2 lbs off goal and just need to get there! I think im going to go back to basics and have a week of simple start, I have also signed up for a 5k in September so need to start training for that cos at the moment I couldn't walk it not to mind run it! Will start my food diary tomorrow heres to a good week :beer:
 
Ok day one, change of plan realised I will probably have a night out at the weekend so going to do f&h with my 49.

Started this 5 months ago and I have been so laxydazy that im still not at goal have only lost 11 pounds since starting! Im trying my best to get back on track as we have started trying for baby no2 and I really want to be at goal before I get preggers so that I will be as healthy as possible and the 6 months free after baby is also a great incentive!

Who sticks to their diary it would be great to have someone to keep me motivated! 3 pounds to go I mean that shpuld really be enough motivation!
