Advice PLEASE :)))

Hey everyone, I started my refeed today, but I want to carry on doing SW red days after the refeed, if I go by their principles the S&S refeed is no good, can I adapt it to fit in with SW principles, or you do think it'll just mess me up? I'm only doing the 7 day one as I've only been doing slim and save for 3 weeks, I wanted to do a proper refeed though so I don't just put half of what I've lost back on!

I lost 18lbs in 3 weeks so really happy, I just want to ensure I don't gain what I've lost as I still have another 1.5 stone to go until target.

Any advice would be really welcomed as I don't want to mess this up.

I don't know anything about SW so I can't give you advice on what to have. However, I think the important thing in a refeed is to slowly reintroduce foods. You know that you want to be on SW so you know what fiods you want to eat. Starting with the lower carb things just introduce some of them every day until you have slowly transitioned from one to the other.
