Thank you for your lovely comments & I bet you would look tiny against a giant of a man like your hubby, because looking at your stats you are tiny, just not vertically challenged like me LOL!
My Chiropractor is 6'7" & he looms over me when jumping up & down on my bones, so can imagine how big your man is lol!
How do you find maintaining, as it looks as tho from your stats, you've been at it for 18 months? x

Trouble is with me I never normally eat breakfast & have to force myself, but know the health benefits of it, so should know better! I've also doubled up on my Pregabalin (neuropathic painkiller), which on the side effects says it can increase appetite! However, I remember when I first started it last year, it had the complete opposite effects & made me lose my appetite which I do not want to happen!

it is difficult when you have to force yourself to eat... Never had that problem ha ha only when I had morning sickness :)

How's your wrist now are you still taking meds for that you must be rattling lol x
 
I did wean off the drugs, but after seeing the Pain Specialist, he told me to go back on them & now they've increased, its fab....no pain! Once I've had the facet joint nerve blocks, hopefully I can come off them, if it works lol!
Saw GP last week about wrist & all is good & he was surprised how quickly it healed as it was rather extreme, as orthopaedically it can take up to 6 weeks! Still get the odd twinge & smarts a wee bit, but not like it was!
Im falling apart!!!!!

I think its really interesting to see what people have for their meals! Looking at your meals Debbie, I could never eat what I would consider 2 main meals, coz I would only have one main meal a day in the evening, as lunch would just consist of a sandwich or soup. Thinking about it tho, I suppose coz I've always worked shifts of earlies, lates, long days or nights, I have to fit my meals around those shifts! I do wander sometimes whether I dont eat enough, coz hubby always says I dont! Probably coz he never stops eating lol!
Once I get my new cycling shoes, I'll be back on my bike pushing out those miles so I will start eating more!

Lol Kim!! Yesterday you said my lunch wasn't enough!! I have bolognaise left over and needs to be used so its a small portion. After kettlebells I'm always staving!!

I know, Im fickle lol!!!! Wasn't just saying about your meals, but just in general really after reading what other people eat.....just find it interesting :)
I cant talk tho when I dont have breakfast haha! x
 
Yummy tuck! Chips, sweet potato chips + carrots roasted with beaners + 'fried'eggs....and a splog of ketchup!!

Thanks Danni! We had some friends staying with us & us girls had to 'escort' the boys home at 4am as they were a bit wobbly lol!

Off up to Taunton (hubby's crash pad) today as going to a Medals Parade tomorrow. I've boiled up some eggs so I can have some sandwiches tomorrow as dont think they will provide any SW friendly meals as they're laying on a BBQ & think it burger/sausage would be at least 20 syns lol!
Still in a dilemma as to what to wear as the weather will probably be c***, so outfits will travel lol!

Yeah 2 hexB's on EE but still only have 2 on red day also.
Should Prob increase that.

Thanks Shellie, but I really want to lose that gain as dont want to go out of target range. One more 'social' this weekend & then nothing for the next 4 weeks hopefully, but something always crops up & D is on 4 weeks leave, so anything can happen LOL! As long as I reign it if I go off plan straight away, Im happy coz thats life!

Yay well done on the loss, only 2lbs to target or are you going to try & maintain as you are?

Think my plans for Friday are scuppered with the horrid weather, as D starts his leave then & I wanted to have a BBQ for 2 with pink bubbles! Will have to have a re-think!

I've been invited to a summer ball .... I'm hoping my ball gowns are too big only got two but still hoping :) do people wear shorter dress or does it have to be long if its black tie ?
