well I have decided after gaining weight after giving up sw to get back on track and start eating the sw way again .I am starting tomorrow ans have planned what I am going to eat

I DONT HINK ILL NEED ANY SYNS TOMORROW BUT I WOULD LIKE TO SAVE SOME FOR THE WEEKEND SO I CAN ENJOY A FEW DRINKS .I AM NOT GOING TO CLASS YET BUT HAVE ALL MY BOOKS AND WILL TRY AT HOME FIRST IF NOT ILL RETURN TO CLASS X
