Anyone up for a 30-Day Shred Challenge?

Hello there - have you started? I am intending to do this 5 times a week for the next 6 weeks - I have been on this thread before and it really helped me keep going.

Off to tackle day 1 level 1.......
 
Done :)

I had forgotten about bicycle crunches - also please to have my 1kg weights for those side lunges and lifts.

My fitness has definatley tailed off quite a lot now - looking forward to finding level one easier again!
 
Ok i have restarted and have just done day 3 level 1 awesome :) well done to everyone else xx
 
Finally got around to day 2. Felt a bit better than day 1 already :)

28 to go!

Day 5 done - they are a bit spread out but at least I am keeping going. Half way through level 1 now. that first circuit is the hardest......
 
Just completed day 3 of level 1, the aches are a lot less severe than with day 1 & 2 thank heavens!
 
Good luck Michelle, you'll be fine as long as you try not to do too much too soon!
