Hi all. I started on Monday 31st march. I have been starting and stopping since January just could not commit. Lost 3 stone on lighter life about 5 years ago and maintained for about 3. Good news is I have lost 11 lbs since Monday! So happy but so scared! I want to lose another 17lbs. I know it's a big ask but aiming high!
