Breakfast as normal
Weetabix and 250ml semi milk.
With a banana.
Not had a minute this week to do any body magic at all
Will I still lose ??

Had beef stir fry for lunch. Let husband make it. Tut tut tut. Shouldn't of. He said I put a secret ingredient in it. Omg what.!!! Cream of tom soup. So my stir fry that was meant to be 3 syns cause of the black bean sauce is now 6 and half syns. Not happy with him. It was very nice though.
Won't have any more syns had a extra light laughing cow as well so that's 7 and half syns for today
Tea time
Brussels,brocelli wedges and chicken breast. Although don't know if I will be hungry 4 that.
Will let u know
Managed to get a 2 mile walk in today as well

Took my girls to school this morning. Came back and took our dog for a walk.
Came back and had breakfast (normal weetabix 250ml milk)
Had jacket potato with baked beans for dinner.
Think I have tea sorted but will post later on what I deside.!

I had for tea a batcholor country veg pasta and sauce. With extra veg. I am hungry now though. So I thought going to sleep may help lol

Didnt have breakfast as was at class
At lunch time we had steak all fat took off. Sw chips. Peas,leek and cabbage and peppercorn sauce.
Loads of fruit
And tea time had smoked haddock, peppers.peas. And long grain rice.

Banana,pear,melon
Dinner. 3 healthy choice sausages (1 and half syns)
Tea time Petes hawillain chicken and rice with side salad (3 syns)

Chicken salad for tea and was still hungry so had some haddock on its own. Also Muller light yog. And some extra light mayo.

Today breakfast as normal. (I stick to weetabix as it fills me up till lunch time)
Had chicken salad for dinner with extra low mayo (2 syns)
2 extra light laughing cows. 2 alpen light bars 9 syns so that's me today with syns
For tea. We are having Petes tandorri chicken, sw wedges and side salad. Or rice.! Really looking forward to that. Its in the fridge marinading.!

Bacon without fat. 3 healthy choice sausage (3 syns) and baked beans. 2 nimble bread(my he a)

A big salad,chicken breast and sw wedges.
That's me done today, so pleased I'm not starving hungry like yesterday.
Also had plenty of fruit.

Jacket potato with tuna onion black pepper and extra light mayo (2 syns)
Not sure about tea yet. I'm thinking chicken salad but ill see later

Trying to eat quite light today as weigh in tomo morning
So breakfast as normal
Lunch tomato pasta mug shot
Tea time beef stir fry

I have also made this afternoon syn free humous (thank you Claire)
And also some of Petes mash potato gnochino (spelling isn't correct sorry) so going to pop them in the oven when I do my girls tea later.

Need to alter tea. Don't fancy beef stir fry. May do a chicken salad. Will update later.

Salad (lettue,cucumber,pepper.onion,chick peas,piri piri chicken breast sw wedges. Extra light mayo (2 syns)
3 extra light triangles (3 syns)
