Back... again - food diary

Hi :) Thanks for subscribing will subscribe to you too. 30 day shred is an exercise dvd that you do for 30 days. There's 3 levels, 10 days level 1, 10 days level 2 and 10 days level 3. It's split into cardio, abs and strength. It's good, although I haven't done it for a few days and I'm well behind!! Can go onto you tube, type in 30 day shred level 1 comes up with the dvd/workout. Each work out is about 20mins ish :)
 
Wednesday 2nd July

Breakfast: yoghurt and fruit
Lunch: turkey rashers, scrambled egg, tomato
Snack after weigh in: cheese toast (hexa+hexb)
Dinner: chinese :) chicken in black bean, boiled rice :)

Week 3: Goal: 3lbs - I'm trying red days this week to try and control my carb intake.. Worth a go. How do people find red days?

Thursday 3rd July

Breakfast: FF lemon yoghurt (0.5) fruit (free)
Lunch: Chicken Tikka Pieces (free), Salad (free)
After work snack: Cheese (HEXA) on toast (HEXBx2 as had large slices
Dinner: Lemon chicken stir fry
Snacks: space raiders (3.5) cornflour in lemon chicken (3.5) total 7.
 
I find that i have better losses on red and green, on red days you could have SW scotch eggs or the quiche, fry ups, tuna mayo salad or SW friendly fish and mushy peas. X

Breakfast: Yoghurt and fruit
Lunch: turkey salad, sf jelly
Dinner: extra lean mince chilli, sweet pot wedges (hexb-1) ff yoghurt

syns/snacks: toast later if hungry (hexb-2) hexa-milk, possibly space raiders? 3.5

Saturday 5th

Breakfast - cheese on toast hexa and hexb

Lunch- burger, shared chunky chips, 2 large onion rings

Dinner - turkey rasher sandwich (wholemeal ww bread) and space raiders 3.5

Must be good good good rest of the week :( :(
 
Day on track, thank god as I've been in a really strange mood today where I've totally craved bad food. Think it's totm :(

Lunch - turkey rashers egg mushrooms toast (hexb)

Dinner - lemon chicken from taste of Asia, easily my new addiction :)

Syns - probably space raiders (3.5) dinner was 2.5 syns I think :)
 
Sounds like you are doing great hun, I am starting slimming world tomorrow so will be popping by your food diary for ideas. Xxx

Feeling sooo icky today. Totm and feel crap, I'm craving junk food :( Breakfast - lemon yoghurt

Lunch- no time

Dinner - chilli and sweet potato chips with fat free natural yog dip

It's been a bad day today know I haven't eaten enough but I don't fancy fruit or anything healthy just feel manky :(
