Back... again - food diary

Wednesday 9th July - weigh in week 3: - 1lb. Feeling a little bit disheartened as thought I'd tried hard this week apart from Saturday. It is star week though and I've felt totally bloated and huge the past couple of days. Might correct itself next week? :S

Breakfast - ff yoghurt
lunch - toast and philli (hexa + hexb)
dinner - weigh in night treat - chicken burger, fries and 3 onion rings (about 100 syns) hehe
 
Week 4: Thursday 10th July It's been a funny day today, just got in and I'm shattered really can't face cooking and have no food anyway so think it's going to be a takeaway. Will face the consequences later :( Red day

Breakfast - cheese on toast (hexa + hexb)

Lunch - turkey sandwich (hexb)

Dinner - who knows......

Syns - quavers 4.5

Edit - popped to sainsburys local for chicken, making lemon chicken stir fry, so back on track :)

Thanks :) had a bad bad bad day last night as i went out hehe: muchos pimms and cocktails were consumed along with chips and the like :(

Friday
Breakfast - lean bacon
Lunch - philli on toast
Dinner - no comment

Saturday
Brunch - bacon sandwich - hexb + 1 syn for brown sauce

Dinner - nandos - Chicken (3) rice (2.5) Halloumi (hexa) corn, diet coke. Think syns are right
 
Another night off plan last night ended up at tgi fridays Feel very disappointed in myself! Weighing in Thursday this week so have 4 days to claw back the damage!

Sunday
B - cheese on toast (hexb)
Lunch - was out and there was nothing I could have to stay on plan so skipped
Dinner - chilli and sweet pot wedges

Syns - quavers 4.5

If im very good for four days will it be ok? :(
 
Hope your doing ok! I had a bad few days too. You've just got to look forward and try and draw a line we're only human after all :) you could undo lots in the next four days.
 
Thanks! Almost back on track today although had a bit of a bread feast tonight (400g brown load so not too bad could have been worse. A lot worse!
Red day - Monday 14th July


B- lean bacon
L- chicken curry
D- chicken Halloumi (hexa) wholemeal pitta x2 (both hexb)

Syns - quavers 4.5 and 4, yes 4 slices ww wholemeal. I'm ashamed! :( :( :(
 
Had a really busy few days at work and now I'm ill with a sickness bug :( will be back on track as soon as I've stopped throwing up! Will try and make weigh in on tues/weds :(

Thank you very much :) Feeling lots better. Popped to get weighed tonight so that I can get fully back on track. 2lbs off, I'm happy with that :) xx
