Oh my God I don't know what is going on in my life at the moment. After a horrible year with a lot of comfort eating im ready to get back on track again.
So a little about me. I have attempted various diaries so some of you may know me already but a bot about me. Im 35 and married to my hubby of 11 years. He has a gorgeous daughter who turns 21 in a few weeks. I started my ww journey in March 2012 at 15 and a half stone amd got to goal of 11 stone 10 in March 2013 and since then have gradually piled on the pounds. I toyed with the idea of slimming world but im a ww girl at heart. Anyway I will find out the damage on Thursday when I go back to my class which im not looking forward to. I am a helper at my class which im not sure helps but I am going to make a decision on that in February. I dont have access to esource at the moment but brought the value plus diary so if im pointing wrong please shout!!!
I am not very active so its purely diet at the moment although I will endeavour to introduce exercise soon and I also have a thyroid condition and am being tested for colitis so have to take these horrible laxatives powders too.
So thats me....im starting on monday when im back at work. Tomorrow im working behind a bar at a football club and the food choices are limited so it will be burger and chips which is why I decided on a monday restart... oh and im also going to try and give up smoking again at the same time!!!!
Im not sure yet if I am going to do propoints or f and h. Thinking of doing a f and h until Thursday when my week restarts and then take it from there.
