well I`m back I need to get back on track and I know that keeping a diary here will keep me on track I lost nearly 4 st over last 2 years but over last 5 months I have gained about 8lbs I last got weighted at slimming world on the 27/11/2015 I was 11st 3lb my target was llst back in june I weighted 10st 8lb so I am not wanting to put on anymore weight I had ankle surgery on the 28/11/15 and I am now in plaster cast so I can't weight myself (probably a good thing at moment) I am usually quite disciplined when it comes to my diet but over last 2 weeks I have ate cakes, crisps, bread, you get the idea so I decided to clean house fresh start I threw out all the goodies from xmas sweeties cakes etc. Due to my ankle I am having to do my shopping online so I have planned ahead and ordered fruit & veg everything is planned for week ahead. i have pulled out my slimming world books and start from scratch my starting date on the 30/01/2014 i weighted 14st 1lb i do not want to put on weight again.
