Im baaaaccccckkkkkk!!! Day 5 of being good again and ive decided to start posting again and do my daily diary and exercise with pics of course.

Ill start tomorrow with the diary as i dont have any pics taken yet!

monday 6th January 2014

Breakfast: banana with tea, milk from hea

Snack: none

Lunch: ham salad with sweet onion dressing (2) & a jelly (1) and mullerlight

Snack: ryvita fruit crunch, tea and tomatoes, low low triangle

Dinner: wholewheat noodles, stirfry and tin of mackeral fillets in mexican sauce (dont know the syns so im guessing max 2! Hopefully lol)

Snack:

healthy extras used on milk for tea, low low triangle and ryvita fruit crunch

Total syns: 5

Exercise: 45 mins spin, 30 min abs, 45 mins boxing and kettle bells

Breakfast: orange slices with an apple and tea, and mullerlight choc and orange

Snack: none

Lunch: roast beef, ham and chicken with baby boiled potatoes, cabbage, carrots and peas

Snack: midget gem (1.5)

Dinner: chicken burger with 60g wholemeal roll, sweet potato chips and roasted red pepper with spring onions, 2 tablespoons ex light mayo (1) with cracked black pepper mixed in. Syn free mousse for dessert with low fat squirty cream (1)

Snack: xmas chocolate (2),

healthy extras used on milk for tea, wholemeal roll

Total syns: 5.5

Exercise: 30 minute run

I'm a green girl! :) never done a red day lol... I have the occasional extra easy day but not very often xx

I wish i could understand it so i could do them too lol. Is green veggies mostly? I think that would really suit me. I can live without meat most of the time:)

It's easy! :) You get one or two healthy extra A's and two B's :) if you fancy some meat it can be a measured amount for a B choice. Or like when I have a turkey breast and ham salad from subway I just syn the meat :)

My diary has loads of my green days listed to give you an idea :)

Breakfast: 2 shredded wheat, milk and sweetner

Snack: none

Lunch: 3 sausages, (1.5) baked potato, mangetout, beans, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms

Dinner: beef, rice & veg (1.5) and a quality street (2.5 - eek)
