Day 3
Day 3 started well. I was feeling really motivated by how easy yesterday was. Yesterday I did the ultimate and sat and had black coffee whilst two others had lunch! was so pleased with myself.
I seem to have hit a wall this afternoon, got a lot of work that I need to do and I'm not feeling great. Bit shaky and tired. Having a glass of water to help.
On the plus side I really enjoyed my moring coffee with a bit of the vanilla drink in it, it made the coffee taste like white coffe which had cream in, felt like a treat.
Peanut bar was a bit better than coconut, think I could manage these.
I am also noticing that at certain points in the day when I normally eat, I still feel the urge to eat but I have realised I'm not actually hungry. I am now starting to recognise the difference which will be so useful in the long run. I will be able to work around my issues that were making me eat and drink (wine in evenings).
I am having a work break and maybe a nap now, hope this will help.
