I'm restarting for the god-knows-how manyth time.
I'm determined to make it work this time.
I've isolated why I over eat (comfort, boredom etc), but how do you retrain your brain?
Last night I was absolutely convinced I was hungry, but my stomach felt full.:hmm:
So, how do you get round it?
Will my brain eventually 'learn' to listen to my body, or is there something I should be doing??
