Thank you so much!! I'm about to get up, have some breakfast and head to the gym, may even talk myself into a swim too, if the pool isn't too overrun with children!!
Today's plan so far is weetabix for breakfast and an omlette for lunch, leaving 600cals for a nice dinner.
Am going to try not to touch my workout cals if I can help it (unless I feel shaky or anything) as would love to have a better weight loss this week! Xx
