Should I worry that my daily carbs are coming in under 30 most day? I thought that 50 was the 'sweet spot for weight loss'. Do I need to up them??? And how??
Wow - that's a really low figure. To add carbs then you can add some more fruit or veg - just one apple average size has 21g of carbs. Hi, going to try and go primal today but was going to have lots of fruit. Is this ok ? Just started reading blueprint but only a few pages in. Going to ease myself into this diet. Was going to have fruit for breakfast. No idea about lunch then chicken, peas, cauliflower, brocolli and carrots for dinner with mash (bad I know but can't think of anything else ) and gravy.

Thanks, it is starting to make sense. My biggest downfall is chocolate as once I start that is it. I thought if I cut out processed rubbish that would stop the cravings for chocolate. Does that sound right ? X
