SO today is the first day of my new healthy lifestyle (hmmm heard that a few times before!!!) I've just given birth to my second son on 12th July and was pretty terrible during pregnancy - mainly due to my chocolate addiction (don't usually have a sweet tooth but when I'm pregnant I can't leave the stuff alone!) I pretty much ate whatever I wanted when I wanted so have got into the bad habit of giving into my cravings willy nilly! I am 5ft 4 and currently weigh 10st 4lbs. I ultimately want to get down to 9stone by Christmas but I'm setting myself the target of 9st 7 by the end of October. My partner and I were doing the 5:2 diet prior to me falling pregnant and we had both lost over a stone doing this and really enjoyed the flexibility of it - we love takeaways and wine at the weekend. Fasting isn't an option at the minute though as I'm breastfeeding so I thought I would go back to slimming world. After looking into it last night I think I'm allowed additional healthy extras depending on which plan I follow so will just see how each day goes. I am going to start running in September once I've had my 6 week check up with the aim of doing a few runs next year and hopefully a triathlon in September 2015. One step at a time though so here goes.....
