Hey all, Although I don't go to slimming world I am doing their diet. I have come to a wall that I can't get past with my weight, so I thought I would start posting what I have to eat to see where I am going wrong. Any help would be brill as Im not a 100% on everything thanks ) xx
Breakfast:- Coffee (Over slept for anything else)
Lunch:- two pieces of southen chicken
Dinner:- 3 Fish Fingers and homemade oven Chips, with option vinilla hot choc
