We're off to Southend so I've made sure my chilli is in the slow cooker ready to come back to lol
 
Had a brilliant day yesterday but was definitely not on WW lol The day consisted of McD, candy floss and ice cream but not fretting as I didn't want to be 'good' on a family day. We don't always have many days like yesterday.

So now to try and make today Day 1. I weigh in on Friday so just going to take each day as it comes

Day 1 - Pro Points

Breakfast - Pineapple, kiwi, blueberries with 150g Fat Free Natural Yogurt (3pp)

Dinner - 2 fried eggs (2) 122g homemade chips (2) roasted vegetables and 10g cheese (1)

Morning everyone :)

I'm going for another Pro points day as I'm going to my parents so easier to point the day. I'm also going to try just sticking to my dailies as my Fri and Sat was super high in calories and I'm conscious that I could easily have a gain if I ignore Fri and Sat and have all my weeklies.

Breakfast - 30g Raisin Wheats (3) with Skimmed milk (1) Blueberries and Banana

Lunch - Not sure

Dinner - Chicken salad

Right had several off days but now I'm back and ready

I've planned my evening meals for the next four days so I have a fair idea what I'm having

The draft is

Today PP

Breakfast - Porridge with Skimmed milk and blueberries = 4

Lunch - French stick (75g) with Philly (35g) Coleslaw (50g) and Lettuce = 8

Dinner - Omelette with lots of roasted vegetables = 4

Snacks = Chocolate (30g) = 3
