Here you go, my adaptation of the
poicamole recipe:
- 150-200g frozen peas
- 1 large clove garlic
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- About 6 slices of red jalapeno (I use Discovery)
- 1/2 a medium onion, chopped
- Plenty S&P
- Cook peas for about 5min and leave to cool
- Put all ingredients plus a splash of water in a processor and whizz to a hummus-consistency
