Well didn't post last weigh in as I was up 1lb after coming off vlcd and regaining glycogen whilst fasting... And this week have lost 1.5lbs... Daily weigh and scales haven't moved a smidge in 4 days due to damn totm but, it does usually indicate a whoosh is on way.. this week ( taking into account last weeks gain ) is a 0.5lb loss... Onward and downward xxx
