Yes I'm doing well thanks. Have reined in my eating for 3 days and ready for weigh in tomorrow morning. Hoping to STS...
I love bags of Sunbites too...great swimming time there.
You're right....visiting family and friends always seems to be centred around foodies...I had a few days of that several days ago! :D

Great work on the past 3 days, do u have a diary? I don't think I follow u?! Maybe I'm getting confused! Yeah its never good, worse thing is, I'm visiting for 5weeks whilst I'm on Summer holidays, 3weeks in. I can do this!

I eat dairy, I love cheese and yoghurt but prefer almond milk to cow milk on cereal. I've been veggie for 28 years x I've only put weight in the last 8 after having two children. I just can't seem to shift it but I'm hoping slimming world will make a difference .

Strange! I'm a student nurse, start my final year in sept. Have u specialised? Wow 28years, I'm a newbie compared to u!
 
Heyy, I see your back aswell :) I started following sw about a 2 weeks ago and lost 4lbs so far! I have a new job which is term time so got 6 weeks (4weeks left) to cook and exercise :) been biking pretty much everyday and swimming about twice a week. Got my honey moon to thialand on the 6th sept so 5 weeks to lose a little more weight.
Im currently 14st 7 :( so ive yoyoed from 14st to 14st 12lbs for the past year or so and thought right I gotta kick my ass into gear!
We want to start a family next year and I dont need excess fat when im pregnant lol
Ive not made a diary yet but I shall do :)

Ur lucky u didn't hit 15's, I shot up to 16st 7 earlier in the year:mad::(:what:

Down to about 15 and a half now on my second week or slimming world, going well but I have such a long way to go. As u can see, I'm still veggie! 1.5years now!

Yeah the wedding was amazing thank you :) wasnt the weight I wanted to be obviously but the photos still look amazing and I wouldn't change it for the world! Yes still going strong as a vege then :D well done! Youl soon get the weight off chick you know you can do it! I'm doing it from home add I haven't got the finances to join atm although I really want to so I know I will stick to it! Just got back from a40 min fast bike ride feeling sweaty and tired Haha we could buddy up again if you like either join your diary and tell eachother about our days or email again? :) xxx

Breakfast: muesli (HEb +6 syns), skimmed milk (HEa)

Lunch: baby boiled potatoes, sliced boiled egg, lettuce, cucumber, red cabbage, baby tomatoes and beetroot. Cuppa tea and HiFi light bar (1/2 HEb) for afters.

Tea: fry light egg, baked beans, veggie sausage (6) and sweet potato chips SW style, yummy! Total 0% Greek yogurt with pomegranate and raspberry coulis (2syns)

Snacks: mugshot, HiFi light bar, blueberries and strawberries

Water: 2000ml + tea/coffee
Total syns: 14/15
Weekly total: 27 /105

Glad to say that I weighed in this morning and STS....happy with that result.
Had a lovely day out and went to a reservoir and walked our legs off! Gotta love that body magic!
No I hadn't started a diary....but just did!!

Day 10... Oh dear.

Breakfast: weetabix (HEb) skimmed milk (HEa) blueberries and strawberries

Mid morning: coffee and 3 little shortcake rounds (no idea of syns?!)

Lunch: didn't get there til 3.30 and my friend turned up with a veggie pasty :eek::what::eek: anyone know how many syns...it was from warrens. Can't find it on sw syns online... Don't really want to know either!

Tea: homemade bean and lentil stew (free, so yummy!)

Tonight: HiFi light bar and some berries.

Water total: 1.5l +tea and coffee
Syn total.. No idea, way over though I know that!:banghead:
