Extra Easy day

Breakfast:
Crunchy bran(HeB) and milk(HeA)

Lunch:
Mild curry rice

Bannana

Dinner:
Chicken and sweet potatoe curry and rice

Syns:
Cherry vimto(5.5)

Had planned to eat more for lunch but had a busy day at work and didn't get chance to open the tin of tuna I wanted to put with it ( must make more time to plan lunch the night before). Didn't plan on having the vimto but it was all my friend had and I didn't want to offend her by asking if she had sugar free lol. Another fab day! X

Waffle,spaghetti and eggs

Snack:
Bannana

Lunch:
Pasta with quorn chicken, cherry tomatoes and corn on the cob.

Dinner:
Chicken dhansak,boiled rice, x1 poppadom and half peswari naan

Syns:
Waffle (4)
Curry ( approx 20)

Used flexi syns tonight for meal out! Had a great day x

Breakfast:
Crunchy bran (HeA & B) with milk and bannana

Lunch:
Ww wrap (5.5) ham,salad and mayo (1), hoops and crosses crisps (4) , pineapple,melon and strawberries and a bannana

Snack:
Mullerlight yoghurt
Cherries

Dinner:
Chicken (with bbq seasoning) mild curry rice and corn

Syns:
10.5

Had a fantastic day walking for 12.5 miles then spent time with family!

Asda shop is being delivered tomo am so best get some sleep xx
 
I've been on a mission this morning;
Fridge, freezer and cupboards all organised and cleaned ready for my shopping to be delivered! Written the syns on packet sauces etc.
Feeling a bit anxious as I have a meal out tonight, on wednesday (after weigh in) and a wedding reception on Friday! Will make sensible options but know the temptation will be there! I refused cake at a family bbq yesterday- it was sooo hard! Especially when I got asked about 5 times lol! xx

Ww sausages (1.5) , wm bread (HeB), beans, ketchup (1)

Snack:
Bannana and grapes
Dairy milk bar (5.5)
Koko choc milk 200mls (HeA)

Dinner:
Meal out

Chicken, bacon, cheese, small amount of bbq sauce, swapped chips for jacket and side salad and onion rings

Used flexi syns this evening. I will be doing my food diary until tomo then just updating generally as my sw consultant pointed out that its not normal to do a food diary every day, its good to help people get bk on track bt not designed to do forever.

Off to make my lunch now after a great weekend off xxx

Fruit and mullerlight yoghurt

Lunch:
Jacket potatoe and beans and fruit afterwards

Dinner:
Spaghetti bol

Syns: 16.5
Funsize maltesers (5)
Hoops and crosses crisps (4)
Asda mini icecream (7.5)

I forgot I had my maltesers earlier on in the day and had the ice cream then realised I would have gone over my syns. Had a great day, looking forward to weigh in x

4.5 lbs off! I'm so happy and thats with having a curry and a meal out on Monday! I am amazed!!!!! Feel soooo happy! 4.5 lbs to go till I'm back at target! Xxxx

Feeling amazing after a fantastic weight loss. I am off to a wedding reception on Fri so am more motivated than ever to be sensible!!

@ Wedding:
Some wedges and sauce, a drumstick lolly, 1 small rose wine spritzer and a cupcake in a jar!

Had a stressful day and reached for food! Tomorrow will be better x

Had a great week! Brought the sw lunches book and I love it! going to make the tomato chicken drumsticks tonight! 0.5lbs off at weigh in last night :))) not bad considering I had 3 flexi evenings out! Heres to a great week xx
 
Tried Pastriami for the first time and I love it! Really enjoying having white bread in sw xxx

Hello, I had 4lbs to target a week ago. Expecting a gain tomo as had a busy week eating naughties lol but bk on plan now. Will let you know how I get on tomo :)
