Cruise PV Couteaux - Dukan, take two!

Appreciate it, Chris xx tomorrow is a new day and the scales are getting hidden for a week!

You know what, couteaux, I think when you first start Dukan you have little slip-ups (often unintentionally), eat loads, etc, just to try and stay on it - it's so alien. Because you've done it before you've gone straight in at the ultra-strict level and are finding it harder. Short-term weight gain could also be totm, of course. Another week on plan and that weight gain will have gone, and more. Keep it up xx

Couteaux - "lovely" to see you back! we shared off forum a few times this year, and I'm so glad you came back before too much damage was done. Well done you! That excess weight will soon be off again, with your determination and willpower, and then you can face Conso again. The latest intake of Conso ladies have been taking things far slower than the guru says which seems a great idea for those of us with food issues. Perhaps something to consider before you get there again.

Meanwhile, as Chief Witch(!), it is my duty to inform you that, despite reading from the outset, I see little evidence of any menu planning, creative shopping, or indeed any baking! This won't help the cause. While I'm all for the old chicken method, you do need some variety... so you know what to do!

Me? Despite my wedding looming in 11 weeks (or "because of"?), I'm determined to do things my way and not return (yet) to the fold. If desperation sets in, I'll let you know!

C, glad you have decided to put those pesky scales away for a week - they drive me nuts and I really am cross that I still get soooo affected by what they say!!!!! Not sure that is something I can ever change........ However, everything else is doable and you know how, Maintainer just wrote a great post which I echo 100% - get cooking and creative - I made the moussaka the other day and honestly I was crowing to everyone as if I had just created heaven!!!! LOL! Was good to get off my lazy butt and get cooking!!! Good luck - just look how close you are to that 11st 12 target - it honestly is just around the corner, just put your head down and go for it! x

Thanks all for the support and positive words :) I've had a very wobbly ,couple weeks here, lots of events/kids parties and socialising and my steely resolve from the first time around just wasn't there, so as a result I've had an indulgent couple of weeks.

Work stresses not helping but I just need to get a wriggle on with it!

Jo - you are so right, no planning at all which doesn't help. I don't think I got myself ready for things at all.

Due to stuff at mo with kids/friends/events I am wondering about following red days from SW for a while or conso rules just to stop myself going 'on plan/off plan' all the time.

Good luck Jo - I'll come pay your diary a visit in a mo :)

Chris & Trudy -thank you for the support :D xx
