Started CS today, and so far, so good!
Had 1 CS bar for lunch, 15g of cheese and half an apple for snack, beef casserole for dinner and 30g of nuts for supper
I can't believe I am saying this, but I have not been hungry all day - weird!
I am hoping this might be the one, as I couldn't enen last 1 day on LL, CD or LT! I think the snacking every 2-3 hours is so good as it prevents the hunger, and the bar was delicious!
So, hope that I can keep it up and lose a nice amount of weight in week 1 - 5lbs off would be nice!!
