Finally managed to actually lose this week! I've shifted 4lbs! I've decided to not do exercise while i'm SS-ing as its just making me too hungry and I don't want to eat!

Another 4lb ticked off for me. 8lbs to go.. starting to think I over estimated this, but am 100% apart from xmas day - that is the plan! lol So we'll see
AF is with me this week but hoping to get into the 12 stone range. I made my xmas target 12 days early so that was fab! I love cambridge for making things happen.
