Looks like my body is taking a breather this week, but I'm close enough to my monthly target to not get too predantic about going over 7lbs. Still one more DD left though, so I'm still keeping my fingers crossed. (wondering if the whoosh fairy takes bribes ;) )

Yes I think I'm doing okay. I'm averaging about 3 lb a week so I'm happy with that.

That's a great average, keep up the good work! :)

Felt a bit diet jaded over the weekend, ended up having 3 lowish UDs (resisted a 3 day binge). Decided to revisit my Cals on the Juddd site as I haven't changed them since I started. It's now dropped to 400/2000 & I tend to knock off a couple of hundred due to my limited mobility.

Spring is always a reminder that summer is coming & that I cant hide under bulky clothes & sweat like a sauna ( but I use to anyway lol). So I want this year to be different & I cant afford to let the diet fatigue set in.
I know Juddd is not really a diet, but a lifestyle with weightloss benefits & I still need to continually resist those occasional 'I wanna crawl in a corner & binge' urges. They may take some time to go away completely or I'll just have to learn to live with them.

So now Spring has sprung, I've made a few changes to get me to my summer goal of under 14st.
***My cals have changed from 500/2000 to 400/1800
***Keep carbs moderate 30/150
***Eat within an 8 hour window with only zero cal drinks outside that, 11-7 works for me
***Starting my days with a freshly squeezed lemon in warm water as this is suppose to be good for you (added Vit C, a diuretic, etc)
***Half - one teaspoon of freshly ground cinnamon daily, shared between my coffees (helps lower the acid content, regulatory effect on blood sugar levels & helps shift abdominal fat) or options choc drink. Dont know if either of the above will help, but it tastes nice :)
***20 minute daily walk split up @ first until I get stronger.
***Start a gentle gymball workout.

Sounds like a plan Dee, I'm just going to keep it simple and eat potatoes LOL.

I admire your focus even though you're feeling a bit fed up, but onwards and downwards is always the best policy :)

I really want to hit my goal by August, then I can take a maintenance break until the new year & tackle the last couple of stones over the next year. Even though Juddd has worked really well for me, I'm beginning to feel it's more & more becoming a diet chore & struggling on DDs, which isn't good news. I'm staying positive though as I've come too far to sabotage myself now & I'm thinking of using the potato hack as part of my maintenance.
 
Looks like a really good and positive set of goals and plans.
 
Hi Dee! Your goals sound excellent! Don't let the fatigue set in, you can do it! Fight through and you will be under 14st in no time!

I am hovering at 15:3 at the moment, having been AWOL somewhat, I'd love to be under 14 for August too, shall we team up and kick eachothers bums? :)
 
Hey lottie & lanark :) Yeah sign me up!!, My health is acting up at the moment & I'm back on long term antibiotics which from experience tends to stall me initially:( . So as not to put my body under any more stress, I'm keeping my DDs at maintenance level (800ish) for a week or so until things settle.
I'll be posting weekly until I can get back into proper DDs & I might need a :asskick: to keep me from gaining.

First Proper DD after my little break to recover & adjust to my meds. I added an extra meal on DD & kept meals reasonably healthy & feel better for it. I realised my DD had gone off the rails nutritition wise & my UDs werent much better which contributed to my low energy levels. I'm glad I stuck to rotations albeit with higher DDs as its kept any gains in check & made it easier to get back on track.

I've just crept into 15's :party0011: so I want to be firmly in the 15's, even on UDs, by the end of the month.
I cant remember the last time i weighed 15 st something, must have been in my teens which was a very very very long time ago lol.
My next benchmark is to lose 100lbs so 15lbs to go..........

my friday DD turned into an UUAD due to a friend popping in with alcohol & treats. Well I just had to be sociable & alcohol always gives me the munchies.. Had a good DD yesterday instead & not too much damage done. I love Juddd & those sirTs working away, you can have the odd blowout & not pay a high price for it.
