3-3-3-3-3 reps back squats (37.5kg)
Dumbell complex (10kg)

Loved it!!!

Food good... treated myself to some strawberries/yog/nuts and honey!!!! Mmmmm!!!

Crossfit looks ace, I'm gonna go for it training wise for the next month. Will be such a bummer no proper training for months and months!!

A month for walking, 8-12 weeks for gym light intensity and then 6 months for full lifting/classes

Boo gonna throw out my plans for competing but still be glad to get back in gym. Frozen it for one month, can't bear the thought of two!! Even if I just go walk on tredmill and shower!
 
POoooooh bloody hell chick!!! Thats rubbish!!!

I'm still all blated but starting to feel a bit less glum so i guess thats something!!!

Gig tonight and then crossfit tomorrow!!! WIll be glad to get back at it!!!

ARGHHHH.... Had a totally hormone related breakdown over the weekend!!!

Have eaten shocking!!! So here I am facing the music and getting back at it!!!!

Todays WOD was 'Angie' 100 pull ups, 100 press up, 100 sit ups, 100 squats......

My scaled down version was....
50 pull ups (Jumping pull ups!)
50 press ups (Knee)
50 sit ups
50 squats

Was soooo good to get back at it!!! After the naughty weekend!!

Have reserved my new food processor so can bake again!! YAY!! Paleo cookies!!!

Sad or what!!! ; )

Ooooh been a bit of the rails this week!!! : (

Not gonna make any excuses.... just let things slip.... So gonna have my dinner today..... meat and veg and then fresh start tomorrow!!!

Need to focus again and plan my week (meals) better!!! Christmas is coming and I want to be slim!!!!

Today is the start of a new stretch!!!

Just got back from a run..... Not been out in ages..... Only 2 miles but better than I thought I was gonna do!!!

Gonna tidy up and then do a bit of Xfit at home!!

Press ups, knees (30)
Sit ups (30
squats (30)
Kettle bell swings
Dumbell complex (5kg) TO practice form!!!

Belly fat....... This is WAR!!!!

Great day today..... eaten well and the exercise has given me a buzz!!!

Have cooked a paleo lasagne for tomorrow after Xfit!!! Gonna try to always keep ahead of myself with meals for after Xfit as I have noticed these are time when i am tempted to just grab something quick and easy (And naughty!!!!)

Will be better tomorrow when I'm back in my routine!!!

Oooooh thought last nights Crossfit was the one that was gonna make me sick lol....

Warm up
400m run
10 pull ups
10 press ups
10 sit ups
10 squats

Workout

5 rounds....
5 STOH (Shoulder to over head.... I did push jerks)
10 knees to elbows on the bar (I cant get to my elbow, but i can lift my knees up which is more than i could do on my foundation course) : )
30 double unders (I cant do those bloody things..... So i had to do 90 skips instead!!)

Was bloody knackered!!! Lol.... Felt good though!!!

Ooooooh wow I'm hurting today lol....

Have upped my cals slightly as i was having a deficit of over 1200 cas on Crossfit days..... so upped slightly!!! Right in the swing of paleo now!!!! Love it!!!

Got some new recipes to print off to practice over the weekend!!!

Weights
5-5-5 Deadlift..... I did more as i wanted to hit my PB which i did 70kg!!! YAY!!!

Workout
21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3

Box jumps then press ups!!! Finally got over my box jump fear!!!! I do it with weight stacked in front but I've finally conquered the movement!!! Was SO pleased with myself!!!!

Getting somewhere now!!!

Your doing great hun, you deffo need a lot of cals for training

I was maintaining on 2500+ pre s&s training heavy everyday. Fuel it up .. the changes are gonna be amazing :)

Squat snatch (As much as you can in 3 mins, then 1 min rest and then next workout!!!)

Ooooooh was horrid..... great weekend..... so much fun Sat night but WOW I paid for it yesterday!!! At least I didnt eat much!!! Lol...

Back at it today... Maisy at the vets, bit of a workout and then off down town town.... lunch and Xmas markets for an hour of two!!!

Got loads of new recipes to try this week!!! Cant wait!!!

5 toes to bars (I do knee raises)
10 burpees (HELL!!!)
15 Ball slams with medicine ball

Am bloody knackered!!! Baked eggs for tea and I'm knackered!!

Getting very anxious for weigh day now!!! Hoping the weigh/measure/bodyfat count will reflect my hard work!!!!
