Feeling excited for weigh in this week as I may get my 10%. Yay. Haven't been this light in forever. Plan for today is....

Breakfast:
- 1 x 800g wholemeal toast (HExB)
- fry lite egg
- mushrooms
- tea (1 syn)

Lunch:
- Chicken, pepper, onion and mushroom skewers
- Salad
- Diet Coke

Dinner:

Another crappy day and my scales say a stay the same. Totally fed up as I've been good this week :( :(

Dinner: Tomato pasta, 28g parmesan cheese (hexa)

Haven't had the freddo yet, don't see the point if I haven't lost anything might make it worse having it!

Friday 22nd November

Lunch: home made beef noodles with pepper mushroom onion and chillies

Dinner: Chinese - boiled rice and chicken curry (9 syns I think!)

Challenge of the day..... resisting burger bun with dinner. It's going to be hard as they look and taste totally delish... however, would much rather hit 13st 13.5lbs for Christmas!! 12lbs to go!

Dinner was awful!! So relying on syns as I'm starving!

May have popping candy choc from asda (3 syns)

Proud I resisted takeaway even though I'm making cheese toastie!!)

Hunters chicken (hexa +1.5 syns for BBQ sauce)
SW chips with 2 laughing cow (3 syns)

No salad in so couldn't have that.

:) Lost 4lbs at weigh in tonight yay :) Only 0.5lb till my 2 stone. Treating myself with a chicken kebab :superwoman:
