Sunday 1st December 2013

Hope I can claw back a loss after Friday and sat night! Was good all day too and ruined it by drunken pizza fri night and a tapas feast sat night. Oh well.....

Breakfast: wholemeal toast (hexb)
Quark and cherry toms

Lunch: pork noodles

Dinner: homemade burger, salad, SW chips, cheese (hexa) ketchup (1.5 syns)

May have ww crisps (4 syns)

Hope I don't gain on thurs :(
 
Firmly back on track :)

Breakfast - cheese slice toastie (hexb+2 syns) tomatoes

Lunch - chicken breast pieces and Special K crisps (5 syns) - best choice out of a bad bunch!!!

Dinner - spag Bol and Parmesan (hexa)

Syns - 7 so far

Almost a whole week off plan.. Christmas is a hard time to diet so not going to class till after Christmas. Going to get back on track tmoro though and post diaries again! I've got so many nights out between now and cmas class would be a waste of money!
 
Oh dear... not bothering posting gain or adjusting stats, will hopefully be all okay next week.... diet starts tomorrow!!!!

lunch: micro chips (3.5 syns)
dinner: singapore noodles

Tuesday 7th January

I AM SO HUNGRY!!!

Breakfast: 2 x 400g toast (hexb) 2 tsp spread (2 syns). Tea (1 syn)

Lunch: Red pepper, onion and tomato soup

Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese and parmesan (hexa)

Syns/snacks: spread (2) crisps (5) milk (3 teas= 3 syns) 10 syns
