I'm scared to post my recent fat photos as I've only just really started my journey lol.
however here are my photos from when I lost weight with sw back in 2009 ready for my 2010 wedding.......
Sorry for getting a little carried away, I'm depressed now after seeing how good I did back then and annoyed with myself for gaining. I have to think positive though and know I can do it again.

this is the pic that made me think, enough was enough. i won't post the whole pic (not fair on the other people on the pic to post it), but i am sat in the middle of a group of work friends who are all grining and having a good time, but i'm sat there over twice their size and my smile is totally fake, and that little voice in my head is screaming "please don't take this pic"
And this is the two years later difference
