I'm 19, and i'm thinking of going on the CD (Cambridge Diet). I heard of some people that has lost allot of weight on this diet. Like going from a size 42 to a 36 in 3 months. But will it work for me ? How fast do the lbs go? I'm a size 16, but I don't know how much I weight. And I'm on The Pill, will the diet work while I'm on it? Can I achieve being a size 13 by the end of the year, sooo in 2 months? Give me some tips/suggestions!
