Attack Dukan! Round 2

I need to sort myself out!!! Can't stop cutting myself chunks of cheese and now iv opened some of the Christmas chocolate stash!
I slipped up at my mums even though she was happy to make me dukan friendly food I just wanted to be normal for a couple of days but told myself when I get home I will be back on it. I got home last night, had my food shop delivered but still not focused today! Like I cannot be bothered to prepare any food so I'm just eating my daughters left overs and picking at bad stuff. Iv not had a meal today! Weighed this morning and I stay the same even after the badness at mums, it will creep up on me tomorrow I'm sure.

My Christmas party dress for hubbies mess do arrived this morning size 12!! And it fitted lovely! So that's one positive! Just hope it still fits come the 29th November or I'm wearing one of my fatty girl back up dresses!!

Ahh it's a crap feeling isn't it! This non dukan food makes me feel gross and massive and iv not had that much of it! Just shows you how easy it is to put it back on! I'm guilty of that. This is my round 2 and I don't plan on having a round 3!
I want it to become a lifestyle change not just a quick fix.
My attitude at the mo is ahh go on then il be bad then I'm bad all day all because iv been bad once! Making excuses all the time.
Going to troll the Internet for some new dukan recipes, might inspire me to be good.
Hope we can snap out of this, like you say tomorrow is a new day!! Xxx

D - roast chicken - really want veg with it but I can't as punishment for being bad plus I have stir fry veg that go out if date tomorrow

I have 13 lbs left to shift before Christmas. Need to be in consolidation by then so I can have Christmas dinner!!
Cannot wait for Christmas this year!!!
 
Afternoon

Right I am back in the zone!! Fully focused, no cheating or licking the peanut butter jar!
I did just have 3 hour nap with my baby but we had a crap nights sleep and that's 3 hours of not thinking about cheating!
I decided to have my normal PV day yesterday even though I could probably do with going back to attack for a few days but hey ho!
My usual breakfast of porridge
Chicken breast and med veg
Prawn and chicken stir fry! Was amazing

Today I am PPing just had my babybel and ham omelet and tonight I will have Italian herb chicken

Feeling determined after one of my friends suggested that I may not still be a size 12 in may for her wedding! Rude! For that comment and lack of belief in me I shall be aiming for a size 10 now! So I can thank her for giving me a little push I suppose!

Thank you! I suppose for my height I'm not overweight but I was certainly unhealthy!
 
Just made this for my lunch and it was gorgeous!

Used my Italian herb left over chicken, some tinned tomatoes, clove of garlic, salt and pep. Wizzed in the magic chopper, stuffed my red pepper halfs, some baby bel lite and drizzle of olive oil. In the oven for 15 - 20 mins on 180. Side of parsnip crispies! Yums

Way better than my original plan of cold dry chicken and peppers

I have been so strict the past 3 days and I was pleased to see on the scales this morning that its paid off! I think sometimes a little cheat isn't that bad as when you knuckle back down it shocks your body again like attack. In 3 days I've lost 2.6 lbs which I'm chuffed with! Now 11st7lb and only 11lbs to go to target weight!
So excited about consolidation and 40g of cheese a day! I know that I don't want to re introduce bread, if I do then I want one that won't bloat me...is that what gluten does? Maybe I need gluten free bread! I'm planning it all in my head and I've still got a way to go!

PP day today so will probably have to be an omelet for lunch then turkey for dinner

I really don't know. I know that when I reached Conso my first time in France, I followed the then rule from the official French site to buy wholemeal bread at a baker's and to have two slices (and they're really tiny slices!) Somehow that seemed to grow into two slices of "bread" in England... with all the preservatives etc therein. I don't know whether this makes a difference to the bloat cos I was hopeless at Conso.

Now that I'm no longer on Dukan, I stay off bread (but mainly because I like salty butter and jam too much to go there again!) but I have reintroduced quinoa, rice, pasta etc... but very slowly. The trick with Conso I reckon is not to throw oneself in headfirst taking in all that is "allowed". Simply doing your usual PV six days a week, and PP once, adding in one fruit portion and one cheese portion (following the recommended cheeses) each day, and one pasta/rice portion each week, is probably best initially. Those who did it that way, slowly slowly so you need to do it for a lot longer of course but the chances of success are higher, seem to have a better rate of success.

It's great to think ahead the way you are though, particularly with Christmas looming, cos that's when you are likely to be hitting Conso!

Right it's a new week, new day, back to being a good girl because all weekend iv been bad!! It's my TOTM and I just needed junk basically or I was going to punch someone!
What I will say is I stupidly ate some soda bread on Saturday night and the pains in my tummy after we're so not worth the taste of it!
So I was braved and jumped on the scales this morning and pleasantly surprised to see no gain. Stayed the same so that's starting me off on a positive for my PP Monday.
Food not decided but there's plenty in my fridge so I have no excuse to go hunting for naughty stuff

Right so my PP day went alright, I never used to mind PP days but now they are boring me to death! I feel like the only substantial meal I can make is an omelet! Although last week I had dippy eggs with sausage soldiers which was gorgeous! And my eggs turned out great for the first time in forever!

Not enough water again

Last week I attempted a galette with my oatbran and it was revolting, wanted a change from porridge. Looking forward to the day I can have a few berries sprinkled on top. Oh and I know we are meant to eat oatbran for the rest of our lives if we follow the plan correctly... But I'm missing good old porridge oats so I will be introducing them come conso phase! Surely they won't do me any harm...

If anyone is on ********* you should follow a guy called the body coach. He uploads short videos of him cooking up meals and a lot of them are dukan friendly for your PV days. He called them lean in 15. (15 mins to make) just good to get new ideas if your bored of the same old same old

Looking forward to PV tomorrow. Burritos for dinner with my lettuce leaf substitute for a wrap!

I cannot stop cheating! I'm an angel by day and by night I'm possessed by the devil on the hunt for junk!!

Last night we took the little one to our local fireworks display. I decided I would get some food while I was there! Only food there was burger van food! The queue was massive so we decided against it. But because I had psyched myself up for junk, I just wanted junk so send hubs to mc Donald's!! Queue was huge in there too so they gave him 3 apple pies for free! Bad move!

So at about 9:30 last night I demolished a large Big Mac meal, chocolate milkshake and 2! Yes 2 apple pies! How disgusting am I! The most calorific things on the menu! But the funny thing is I jumped on the scales this morning to face my consequence and I'd lost half a pound (I hadn't even been to the toilet!) sorry!
In a way I need to see a gain so I might stop being an idiot!! I need punishment! Tonight I'm going out with my friends for the first time since my daughter was born! Yes that's 14 months!!!
A great Greek restaurant to smash up some plates, eat Greek food and drink lots of wine! I'm so excited and I will cheat again...
I don't want to go back to being a fatty fatty fatty need to rein it in!

LOL!!!! I'm with you on ALL of the above!!! Hysterical about the half pound....plus I've been angelic for 4 days and a fireworks party has been my undoing tonight too....damn you fireworks....happy plate smashing :) :)
